Hythe 1st Team Complete League and Cup Double

After travelling to Thanet on the 6th March 2008 to play Thanet 1st to decide who would be the Champions of the Kent League Division 2, Hythe came away with a 4-1 win and finished top of the League. Hythe 1st team
On the 10th April 2008 Hythe had another trip to Thanet to contest the final of the Cornwallis Cup also against Thanet 1st. The travelling supporters from Hythe saw an excellent final with the Hythe middle order taking control of the game and edging out Thanet 3-2 and winning the Cornwallis Cup.
